Feather Blending

I created this card for a friend for Valentines. It uses the technique mono dies from the latest technique junkies newsletter (see the blinkie on the sidebar). It also uses the wispy frames from this issue. The stamp is from Clear Dollar. The copic colouring is a feather blending technique for the copic challenge blog (on the flower) Thanks for looking in!
