I saw the question you left on my blog about the marbled stains background I used on The Funkie Junkie's Tag #1. Honestly, it was a couple of months ago so I don't exactly remember, but I think it was just those two stains - Tarnished Brass Metallic Stain and Picket Fence Distress Stain. And the stars just have the tarnished brass on them. Just make a puddle of both on your craft sheet and dredge the tag/cardstock around in them. It works best with the Ranger coated paper because it doesn't absorb all the stains before you can swirl them around on it.
Hope that helps - I wish I would think to take pictures as I go, but that is also a Tim Holtz technique that I learned in the Compendium so probably should't show how to do it on my blog anyway.
